- -alt-preset 128 = minimum 128 kbps?

hi,

is it right that the lame-parameter "--alt-preset 128" takes at the minimum 128kbps?

I have worked on a few AC3 files with that settings and get vbr-MP3 files with 96kbps sometimes. (ok, it is variable, but I thought 128 is minimum)

Isnt it?
