Is DivxPlus dead

I just upgraded my computer - changing my good old asus motherboard and pIII-500Mhz for a brandnew gigabyte mb + amd 2400+, same graficard, etc. - AND I own a Hollywood Plus card wich make my computer since the invention of Divxplus a NON-DEDICATED Divx Player. Now my surprice after I changed everything and set system up again (I keep a win98 installation together with XP since Divxplus wount run with XP) - I get nothing but a black screen with a SYNC signal. I read that change border setting may be necesary but I messed with it the hole afternoon and nothing. I took the card off and put it into my P4 2.0 with radeon 8500 - same result.
Help - Please! I was very happy with my nondedicated solution.
