Scenarist UHD can't mux seamless connected clips with closed-gop encoded streams.

In Scenarist UHD when I mux , It gets error "[MUX] Can not write MUX file(s) : Could not create MUX XML File(Video data in TS2 does not start with a closed GOP."

Anyone know how to fix this error?

Thank you.

Are you using the standard "Seamless" connection type or the "Seamless Connected" type?
Also, are the clips "untouched" from a raw h265 encode or coming from (for example) a previous trim or demux?

Are you sure both clips were previously set together as "Seamless"? I'm asking this because with Seamless connection the clips need to have similar encoding settings. I don't have UHD Specs, but on BD you can't put seamless connection if, for example, two clips have a different maximum bitrate or other differencies.
Maybe one clip is open-gop and the other one is closed gop... and Scenarist complains on that.
Otherwise it could be a demuxing problem, so you can try eac3to instead, to demux the m2ts.

As the last chance, if you think that everything is fine and the problem is on Scenarist, you can ask the support so they can investigate and fix.

The fisrt clips set "not seamless" because scenarist don't let set other.
And the rest clips set "seamless"

I will try demux with other tools.

Thank you.

Does the mux work if you set the connection to "not seamless"?
Are you sure both clips share the same encoding settings (both are either open or closed gop)?

Now I can fix this problem.

You mux with not seamless. After mux complete, Edit mpls "Connection Condition from 1 to 5" with mpls2json.
