Split MKV by chapters?

Hi!
I have a MKV file (H264 DTS with subtitles and chapters) that I'd like to split by chapters.
It is a concert. So I want to have separatly track 1, track 2... track 20.
How can I do this without reencoding?

thanks a lot!

By using mkvmerge

To clarify, mkvmerge (on the global tab) allows you to split using timestamps. Open the chapters file (or load it in the chapter editor directly from the original mkv) and copy each timestamp into the "by timestamp" box separated by commas. When you hit mux it will dump out an mkv file per segment.

Hi,
I have a mkv file with chapters.
I would like to extract each chapter to a separate file.
I understood i can do it with mkvmerge and timestamps, but can i automaticly name files with the chapter name ? (with mkv merge or another software..)
Thanks

Moved to containers subforum. This has nothing to do with H.264 specifically.
