Latest build are bundled with fresh BeLight beta:

Consist of

bse_WinampAACPlusV2 - AAC+ v2 encoder, MPEG2 AAC output (no MP4 container), no 5.1 support
bse_WinampAACPlusV2_6ch - AAC+ v2 encoder, MPEG2 AAC output (no MP4 container), 5.1 encoding only
bse_FAAC - FAAC-based AAC-LC encoding plugin, support MP4 output, now support 5.1 encoding
bse_Speex - Speex encoding plugin
bse_enhAacPlusEnc3GP - AAC+ v2 encoder based on 3GPP reference encoder from CT, MP4 output.

Future plans (frozen - I'm very busy IRL ATM):
