YV24 -> RGB32 -> RGB24 lossy?

Is converting this way lossy?

All YUV<->RGB is lossy due to rounding errors, which get stronger the closer to white and black the pixel is. The higher the bit depth, the less loss.

RGB32->RGB24 is only lossy if an alpha channel is present, which YV24 doesn't have anyway.
