Alternatives to AE's CC Force Motion Blur?

Hey, I've been tinkering with mentionned effect on After Effects and wanted to know if there existed anything like that in VapourSynth that I could add in with my scripts?

Or if there is a way to automate the rendering the process from the command-line (iirc afterfx has some cool cmdline stuff)

You can play with mvtools2 mflowblur (mv.FlowBlur in vapoursynth) , or QTGMC's shutter blur . Neither are that good compared to real motion blur.

CC Force Motion blur isn't that good either. RSMB pro with real exported vectors and mattes is probably the "best" for postwork outside of internal render engines
