Special Settings for Cartoons?

I read at cdrfreaks that shrinking animated video with CCE might require additional tweaking for optimal quality.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have a 6.5GB DVD with cartoons and I'm using the latest CCE SP and DVD Rebuilder.

Not much settings to tamper with, but chances are you dont really need any.

There is an animation filter preset in CCE. You'd have to set it manually. I figured out the 'natural picture' preset here:

quantum, if the CCE internal filters were any good, people would have been using them I hope you try rb's insline.bat. That will allow the use of some very good avisynth compatible filters.

Errr, so it's not like putting a checkmark in the "This is a cartoon" box? Thanks guys, I think I'll stay away from manual filter settings or scripts. Simplicity is the reason I use DVD Rebuilder, and I guess the picture quality will have to suffer.

Knocks, if one day jdobbs supports templates, it would be nearly that easy when using CCE 2.67x.
