how to convert h.264 encoded bit stream into binary format

Hi,

Can any one please tell how to convert h.264 encoded bit stream file i.e test.264 into binary format.

I don't know what did your mean - "binary format"? I guess it is .avi or .mp4, isn't it? You can get it by using ffdshow+avi/mp4 muxer filter.
