Is there any easy way to block items likes news tickers?
I capture a lot of sporting events and they often have tickers that show information that's annoying to see (eg. a score of a game I have yet to watch) and add unnecessary "noise" and bits that will later either take up some valuable bitrate of an AVC transcoding I'd later plan to do. Cropping the ticker Isn't an option as some sceenes the ticker is retracted. I deally I'd like to put a monochrome black bar across the ticker for the majority of the it's there and remove it during those times it's not displayed. That way I keep my aspect ratio, valuable bits aren't being completely wasted encoding a static black rectangle, and no spoiler time scores are seen.
What's a user friendly way to do this to .mpg files? |
