x265 CRF vs Intel CQP

Hi, i need to know what difference have with x265 CRF 18 and Intel CQP, what about x265 CRF 18, what should be on Intel CQP?
I'm using Intel HEVC GPU Accelerated not QSV, i know that in Intel QSV have ICQ but in Intel GPU Accelerated plug-in only CQP
Intel HEVC QSV give poor quality even with high bitrate but Intel HEVC GPU Accelerated is fine
Regards

It all depends strongly on what setting you are using... It impossible to just slam a simple formula on it and it wouldn't probably give consistent results on different material.

Even two different encoding settings in x265 would result in two different quality in two different bitrate range, on the same CRF.
