DVD9 > DVD5 with Pc files?

Hi,
i have done the difficult bit of authoring this dvd to fit dvd5 etc, but, i cant seem to do this final bit, which is to add PC Files.

I have tried Nero with UDF/ISO and adding it like that - doesnt play in my dvd player (toshiba SD210E)
i have also tried Prassi - however, it just burns a disc of 900meg, even though before writing it says it will write 4.3gig.

I have tried creating an image with image tools, but it makes an image without the PC Files.
i have been trying to get hold of a copy of DVD Motion Pro to make an image, but that is nowhere to be found its even more difficult to get than scenarist - which says a lot!

i would appreciate any help, thanks
