wheres buffered videos saved

im trying to save the buffered video to my desktop; now where is the buffered video saved. the file on the internet is swf and im trying to get the flv

Since, it's on the internet, search in the corresponding temp directories of the current browser. Eg. in XP with IE:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\

But there're some free flash grabbers, search for them ...

I'm not sure where swf files buffer embeded flv movies (they don't seem to always end up in the browser cache) but here is a direct link to the flv for that tutorial.
