TMPGenc encoding to big

hi,

i try to encode 'Herr der Ringe - Die Gefaehrten Special Edition' (2x DVD)
to 4 800mb CDs (2x2) (with german & englisch audio 160kbit, 3subtilestreams, KVCD1a matrix and CVD resolution)
but if i encode with TMPGenc the resulting file is to big
2x 800MB +1x 250MB :-(

how can i fix that?
(yes, it is a TMPGenc/DVD2SVCD problem, with CCE i get 2x800mb images)
