Just to say I finally achieved to encod my wav file using BeLight, just by reinstalling the full package BeLight-0.22b8.exe from scratch.
There was probably some dll missing or mismatching during my first tests.
Sorry for that.
By the way, after my reinstall, I have no more display issue in the BeLight GUI (like reported by LoRd_MuldeR).

Thanks.

Marco

aaa good for you. So, your display issue occurs only with daily builds. Could you confirm that LoRd_Mulder ?

On my side, no more GUI problem, even with daily build (11/07/2005), after fresh reinstall + patch with build 11/07/2005.
Works's fine.
Thank's for your great job Kurt.

Sorry Kurtnoise, but the problem (see screenshot) is still there even with the latest Build (BeLight-0.22beta_20051107.zip). I have deleted the INI file, but this didn't change anything...

@Marcovelo
How did you solve the GUI problem?

@odyn : thank you...

@7ven : try to update your version with the last daily build.

@Lord_Mulder : could you test Version1 and Version2 and tell me if it's ok with the 1st or the 2nd...

The latest daily build still has the issue wher Dynamic Compression is turned on when the mouse cursor hovers over the white queue box. Same issue as 7ven mentions above.

Edit- Also, the Belight process doesnt set its self to "idle" mode but the Besweet process does.

how do you know that ? coz by default BeLight transcoding process uses "Normal" mode.

Options->Priority->Idle is set currently. Using the task manager I can see that Belight is in "Normal" mode and Besweet is actually in "Idle". Should Belight also be running at "Idle" priority?

No, coz you transcode your file with BeSweet not BeLight... So, priorities tasks are applied to BeSweet.

Hmmm...but Belight is also consuming CPU cycles if you watch the task manager. Is it just for the gain cycle maybe?
