IFO file blank after burning onto DVD-R

Ok very weird problem ....

I burned a authored VIDEO_TS folder successfully with PrimoDVD and when I load the DVD-R on my PC and open the IFO files the VTS_01_0.IFO is completely blank. This IFO is what links the intro screens to the main menu. As a result the DVD stops in my standalone player and PC after the intro screens. Why is PrimoDVD burning this IFO blank? The DVD project works fine when its played off my hardrive before burning. I have tried it 3 times with different media and same thing happened.

this has happened to be also....when the ifo/bup's are blank, this means that something on the disk is not DVD compliant...that could be 1 of many things...so there is no true way to fix it, but go back and try to redo it carefully.
