What version of shrink are you using? Did you let FAB extract all files and then open files in shrink?

Hi! Are you (as you should be for using a PSL2 file) using DVD Decrypter v.3.5.4 (NOT an older version) to "Import" the PSL2 file AFTER loading the DVD? Last edited by setarip_old; 28th October 2005 at 06:24. |

I am Using DVD Decrypter version 3.5.2, for the import I will look for the version 3.5.4.see what happens. (Installed version 3.5.4 then attempted import, now recieving the error message Initial checks indicate it is not intended for the current disc. (1).) I am using the same file for PSL2 as posted above.

[QUOTE=tjones]"What version of shrink are you using? Did you let FAB extract all files and then open files in shrink?" Version 3.2 of Shrink, and yes I did let Fab completely finnish the disk then tried to open as file, only to get error message.
I was having all the same problems as stated above. I just figured out how to do the PSL file. Copy and paste the text below to notebook and save it as bewitched.psl . Insert the movie into your DVD drive and then open DVD DVD Decrypter. Click on File, then Protected Sectors List, and then Import. Go to where you have saved the bewitched.psl and click on it and then on open. This will now allow you to completely rip the whole DVD to your hard drive. When finished you can then open the directory that now contains the complete ripped DVD and then edit it with DVD Shrink. Don Copy and paste the following to note and save as bewitched.psl : PSL2 0:0xA3A4320D,4169919,Bewitched - Special Edition - Region 1 1:729194,729200 1:729215,745825 1:4169650,4169909 6:2,1,3,2,1 6:2,1,3,3,1 6:2,1,3,4,0 6:2,1,6,2,1 6:2,1,6,3,1 6:2,1,6,4,0 6:2,1,7,2,1 6:2,1,7,3,1 6:2,1,7,4,0 6:2,1,8,2,1 6:2,1,8,3,1 6:2,1,8,4,0 6:2,1,9,2,1 6:2,1,9,3,1 6:2,1,9,4,0 6:2,1,10,2,1 6:2,1,10,3,1 6:2,1,10,4,0 6:2,1,11,2,1 6:2,1,11,3,1 6:2,1,11,4,0 6:2,1,12,2,1 6:2,1,12,3,1 6:2,1,12,4,0 6:2,1,13,2,1 6:2,1,13,3,1 6:2,1,13,4,0 6:2,1,14,2,1 6:2,1,14,3,1 6:2,1,14,4,0 6:2,1,15,2,1 6:2,1,15,3,1 6:2,1,15,4,0 6:2,1,16,2,1 6:2,1,16,3,1 6:2,1,16,4,0 6:2,1,17,2,1 6:2,1,17,3,1 6:2,1,17,4,0 6:2,1,18,2,1 6:2,1,18,3,1 6:2,1,18,4,0 6:2,1,19,2,1 6:2,1,19,3,1 6:2,1,19,4,0 6:2,1,20,2,1 6:2,1,20,3,1 6:2,1,20,4,0 6:2,1,21,2,1 6:2,1,21,3,1 6:2,1,21,4,0 |

Just to provide you with a bit more information as to why I asked what version you have - As was noted regarding the Region 1 "Lords of Dogtown", not only were there two different versions for PURCHASE (with two different ARccOS protection schemes), the two versions available for RENTAL (with two different ARccOS protection schemes), had different ARccOS copy protection schemes than did the two versions available for PURCHASE.
This could very well be the same situation regarding "Bewitched"... |
