VobEdit Demuxing

I am trying to downsize a movie that is just slightly too big (about 700mb). I used vobedit to demux it to m2v, then used ifoedit to turn it back to .vob. Now, it is only about 200mb too big. I can't find any option in vobedit to slightly lower the bit rate. I've had problems using rempeg2 so I was very happy to see that vobedit demuxed the .vobs perfectly (and fast!), but my movie is still just a little too big. Any suggestions are appreciated.

It's because there is no option to transcode the video stream.
You must use Rempeg2 for that.
