Will BD-RB detect and apply this option automatically for sources that have the right view in the AVC portion as opposed to the left view?

If not, how can I detect it manually? I would just like to avoid view corrections later in my 3d sbs mkv containers.

I have a 3d BD collection that need to be archived into mkv containers.

Yes. It will detect it and modify appropriately.
