Pelican i am still getting Truncation of lines of text that are in the .srt that are not in the .png output for scenarist.
I emailed you a file that loads fine with supread. Please run it through supread and look at the .png output. It seems to truncate some of the second line of text in a subtitle (maybe a string length limit of supread?) thanks |

from supread it says: Quiet, Missy Cursed Pirates from the .srt and the .png export from subtitleworkshop4 is says: Quiet Missy Cursed Pirates Sail These Waters it obviously some kind of string length issue in conversion and i am using 720p scenarist export. Also is the font color correct it looks grey? Last edited by jamos; 3rd March 2008 at 22:26. |

if your using a .srt you may want to look around sub 457 in your .srt file and correct any errors you see. You can use notepad. Mkvextract seems to be buggy in exporting to .srt. if its a sup file use xport to extract it. |

I've worked on the PTS/DTS data of the exported BD stream (I hope tsmuxer will handle subtitle streams soon). The latest version is v0.51b8 Last edited by Pelican9; 4th March 2008 at 16:12. |

ok on completly seperate computer a laptop with windows xp sp2 get exact same results text truncation on second line of text. SO i would say there still is a issue with some kind of difference between your computer and U.S. computers with 32 bit win xp sp2. are you generating in 64bit code instead of 32bit? or something non standard with xp pro sp2 32bit?? But your output does look correct where mine is still messed up on both computers.

Every subtitle truncated or only the first one? Only the 720p truncated or the 1080p also? Last edited by Pelican9; 4th March 2008 at 19:37. |
