avidemux 2.2 can read avs-files

I just read on http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/ that avidemux 2.2 preview1 has avsproxy support and is "able to read avisynth file, on both windows and linux, even 64bits linux through wine". This sounds like great news. Thank you mean for your great work, once again!

Has anyone tried this out yet? I can't do it myself since wine makes my computer freeze ever since I installed my new not-so-well-supported soundcard.

Wow if this is true and working!

I havent tested it yet, have no time currently.

But as I said in the past, avisynth was one of my MOST loved
windows applications. I had the feeling of scripting, and
being able to easily change something by just using a text file

This feels very cool, I hope i will find enough time to test this
during the next week

Everything seems to go well (no error or warnings), but when i load the proxy file I get "Error in senddata: header" and avidemux crashes. Too bad. Back to avs2yuv and mjpegtools.
