MP4BoxGUI

mezzanine
I made the little mp4box gui i promised, find it later in this thread

SMD
It seems as though part of celtic_druid's site is down, so I've been unable to obtain a build of MP4Box
Is it the same for everybody else?

Elias
At least for me it is

bond
this works great for me

Elias
So I copied the latest build of MP4Box in the gui folder and tried to start the MP4BoxGUI.exe but to no avail.

'app. failed to initialize ... ' or sg like that on startup. the 7z has also some probs as it shows only 1 file having size of 0kb(!) but when hitting it a further .txt pops up and sizes seems to be shown correctly.
thx anyway

Bummer... maybe mezzanine could start it again?

Anyway... I'm most happy to report that this little tool is able to mux Mpeg4 and AAC streams into .MP4 in a way that QuickTime player likes.... Which is nice!

Cheers

Also... I've just used mp4UI to check all of MP4BoxGUI muxes (I've done so far) and noticed that none of them contain OD and BIFS data!

Cheers

Are you trying to mux AVC or ac3 ?
Give it a try with xvid, aac and srt.
MP4Box probably throws errors but catching is not yet implemented in the gui!

If anyone cares to host this gui i can drop the 7zip packing.
'app. failed to initialize. " do you have the .net framework installed?

I tried muxing both avc (x264) and asp (xvid 1.1 beta).
No way for both, there's no output file at all.

yes, and that build should work correctly (at least here it does - with and without gui)
