Problem with FairUse4WM
Im trying to use FairUse4WM to decode some WMA files, and I get the following error while trying to recover keys "IBX Version 11.0.6000.6324 isn't supported yet."
Is there something I have to do to work around this, or should I wait? |

A WM License is locked to the machine, actually, and is supposed to survive reinstalls. You might have to redownload your music though, so that it uses WMP10-compatible encryption, if it's changed at all. (I think 10 has a patch to use the same encryption though.) I'm not exactly sure how that goes, since I don't buy online music subscriptions.

On the other hand, if you're merely using a "subscription" service with "URGE", that is intentionally limited regarding your right to copy, I disagree... |
