Hey, I recommended your drivers to someone else, and they had this problem:
The plugin seems to work pretty well, but I've come across some strange file name errors. I'm trying to encode an AAC that can be muxed with MP4Box into an mp4 (along with a x264 video track) and then be played with Quicktime. (-aacprofile_lc -exportaac both seem to be required to work with Quicktime.) .acc output specified = do nothing .mp4 output specified = .aac output with .acc extension no extension specified = .aac output in an mp4 with no extension BeSweet v1.5b31 by DSPguru. Using Shibatch.dll v0.25 by Naoki Shibata & DSPguru (shibatch.sourceforge.net). Using bse_Nero7WA.dll by dimzon, Build Nov 10 2005, 14:35:28 My commandline: besweet.exe -core( -input extracted_audio.wav -output encoded_audio.mp4 -2ch ) -ota( -g -10db ) -dimzon( -dllname bse_Nero7WA.dll -vbr_tape -aacprofile_lc -exportaac ) |

outputting .aac with nero and than remuxing with mp4box will not play in qt, as nero outputs .aac as "mpeg-2 aac"
mpeg-2 aac is the same as mpeg-4 aac, but still qt doesnt want to play it yeah apple sucks... outputting aac in .mp4 with nero and than remuxing with mp4box works

Hello guys!
I'm using this command line: Code:
BeSweet.exe -core( -input "D:\80ms.AC3" -output "D:\80ms.mp4" -logfile "D:\80ms.log" ) -azid( -s stereo -c normal ) -dimzon( -dllname bse_Nero7WA.dll -2ch -vbr_streaming -aacprofile_he ) -ssrc( --rate 44100 ) Code:
BeSweet v1.5b31 by DSPguru. -------------------------- Using azid.dll v1.9 (b922) by Midas (midas@egon.gyaloglo.hu). Using Shibatch.dll v0.25 by Naoki Shibata & DSPguru (shibatch.sourceforge.net). Using bse_Nero7WA.dll by dimzon, Build Nov 10 2005, 14:35:28 Logging start : 11/26/05 , 11:18:09. BeSweet.exe -core( -input D:\80ms.ac3 -output D:\80ms.mp4 -logfile D:\80ms.log ) -azid( -s stereo -c normal ) -dimzon( -dllname bse_Nero7WA.dll -2ch -vbr_streaming -aacprofile_he ) -ssrc( --rate 44100 ) [00:00:00:000] +------- BeSweet ----- [00:00:00:000] | Input : D:\80ms.ac3 [00:00:00:000] | Output: D:\80ms.mp4 [00:00:00:000] | Floating-Point Process: No Error 84: error configuring bsn! Quiting... [00:00:00:000] Conversion Completed ! Logging ends : 11/26/05 , 11:18:09. I have the nero 7 (7.0.1.2) dlls in the besweet folder, have mfc71.dll there too. I'm at a loss... Thanks for the help! Edit: I hate XP! For easier reinstalling of this +"!#&@ OS, I install it to a smaller partition, and the bigger one is for my stuff (videos, music, utils...). That's why I changed my program files dir in the registry to d:\program files. And.... changing it back to c:\program files... Voila, the transcoding works. The only thing bothers me, is that with the old Nero/bsn this wasn't an issue for me... Last edited by Boardlord; 26th November 2005 at 14:41. |

Dunno if this is the right place to post.
I had to reencode my audio tracks since the channel mapping was broken. Problem: now my tracks are larger, and both video and audio do not fit on a cd anymore. Could I add something to the command line Code:
-azid( -c normal ) -dimzon( -dllname bse_Nero7WA.dll -6chnew -vbr_streaming -codecquality_high -aacprofile_he ) -ota( -d 0 -g max ) And why are the file bigger now ? (I saw something on the forum about new internal audio settings in Nero 7.x) Thanks Hubert |

Thanks.
But for now, is it possible to reduce the size for future encoding with -vbr_streaming or shoudl I use another preset ? The file are much bigger now, aren't they ? What did nero ? Increased the quality of -vbr_streaming ? |
