I second that request. This thread has been going on for almost two years. What's worse, he previously had another thread which wouldn't go away. It ended up on the exact same topic:
Have you ever used VideoCleaner? The artifacts now being discussed when this thread was revived a few days ago, are artifacts he introduced with his "super resolution" attempts, and were not there in the original. |

>Would people stop feeding this troll my god!
People likes conflicts and from objective side this forum must dead. It's very old-schoolly, old engine, no mobile, uncomfortable, newbie-unfriendly captcha looks like 'who is the most active user with pink hairs on this site's (was actual 15 years ago). Even big enthusiastics lost interest to subject after some 10 years. If you drop trolls and human discussing |

Here is another warning.
You is probably gonna create another problem when and if you fix the new one.

Congratulations. It does look better than the original. I'm impressed that it only took you 2 years to fix a 2 second clip. Time for you to move on the some different footage. I'm looking forward to your results in a few years time (if I'm not 6 feet under by then...).
Edit -

Can I see your effort? Can you receive an extremely sharp result without halos, denoise and remove ringing without detail loss, deformation, natural look?
I bet you can't! Please try! Last edited by ingoldie; 8th August 2019 at 18:07. |

I didn't make any effort. And why would I, it seems you used your magic wand to achieve the impossible:

Whatever else you can say about Ingoldie, you gotta admire his persistence.
Good on you IG, now go pour yourself a nice big glass of brandy, sit and relax whist you plan your next project.

Another important thing is a sharpen script that takes not only two, but three input clips as source. This request haunts me not since two, but since three or four years, if not more ...

By the way, about my purpose:
I've been looking for a software to improve visual quality of the videos with poor visual quality for a long time. But I can't find it. At least none of them are better than mine(maybe I'm wrong) and I can't believe it. What do you think about that? Am I wrong? Is there a software to improve visual quality of the videos with poor visual quality? If no, I think I have to use my AviSynh script. |
