Muxman problem when adding subs
I'm having a similar problem to the one mentioned in this thread: http://forum.doom9.org/archive/index.php/t-104787.html with the error message in my case being "Reference to non-existant scene "Segment_1_scn24" from PGC "VTS01_TTL01_PGC1"" - note that this isn't the last scene.
I've checked the cell times in PGC Edit and they are all the same as the ones I get from PGC Demux: 755 3639 12236 15060 21537 24713 37107 41620 49807 55301 60960 68736 83432 86100 87785 93000 95872 105521 117606 119544 121680 121930 126091 134855 138786 141420 148020 When I checked the demuxed files, I found that the .m2v file only runs about 1:10:00 (presumably this is around where the 24th chapter would start), when the full film is 1:22:00 - it looks like it's demuxing the movie VOB files 1-3, then it doesn't include the 4th and final one?! I've never come across this problem before in the many DVD's I've re-authored, and I'm at a loss as to what to do to get round it

You could get the original M2V from DGIndex. Load all the VOBs and then File->Save Project and Demux Video. I've never seen that problem either with PGCDemux not demuxing the entire thing, and perhaps there's something wrong (corruption or something) with the source VOBs.
And your problem isn't quite the same as theirs in that link. They have all their video; you don't. |

One remark: if you export the chapters with IFOEdit, it exports one time too much, namely the end time of the PGC. Muxman than tries to create one more scene resulting in about the same error message as the one above.
