Loaded a video clip without any chapter file and clicked "auto", last chapter time code was always identical with thumbnail position time code, which was end of file.

i used a mkv file with a chapterlist (xml) inside.
EDIT: the last thumbnail position is generated by the last chapter time and the playtime of the clip.

The last chapter time is normaly not the lenght of the clip, so it should be not a problem to set the thumbnail position + .001 sec.
it makes sence to have two options:
1. midway time of the chapters with last chapter: time = thumbnail position.
2. set a fixed value (0.001) to all chapter thumbnail positions
(maybe the value can be changed)
