Other plugins can open video and audio (DirectShowSource, AviSource) why not MPEG2Source too? It would be more easy to compress audio in virtualdub.
My audio source is MPA and I always need to convert in WAV to use WAVSource. If MPEG2Source can open audio too, my life would be more easy.
