Folks,
The story so far:
Windows XP
Pioneer A04 DVD Writer(Various Firmware)
DVD Decrypter
Nero
Instant CD/DVD
I have been trying to burn Traxdata G03 Ritek Disks at 2 speed.
Tried V1.31 and V1.40 but with no joy, can anyone help?
Managed to get back to V1.31 however when trying to burn
DVD-R with DVD-Decrypter on Traxdata Ritek G03 at 1 speed or 2 Speed i get some kind of Addressing error and it wont write the disk.
Thought i would try Instant CD/DVD and i get the following error at 1 Speed and 2 Speed:

I get similar errors on firmware 1.40, finally reflashed to 1.32 and disks burn successfully at 1 speed only although it defeats the purpose of the exercise.
What the Feck is going on?
Bad Firmware?
Bad Media?
Bad Software?
Should i just leave the firmware at V1.32 and continue burning at 1 speed only.
When i had the original V1.2 firmware other brands of 2 spd disks burned successfully at 2 speed.
Thanks for reading.
