BTW: The issue with madVR reporting 59.940 only happens with the internal madVR decoder and Haali. Using the internal decoder with LAV Splitter shows a framerate of 29.970 (but the non-smoothness is still present).
Which Haali version are you using? I've tried the current from Haali's own homepage and also the one shipping with CoreAVC 3.0.1. I can't reproduce this problem with either Haali version. Are you using a different one? If so, can you check whether the problem goes away with the latest Haali version?
