Either you're doing something wrong or the mods over at the NMT forums are lying. Werner, has said that 7.1 DD+ from BluRay not HD-DVD is working and several others have said that TrueHD from both BluRay and HD-DVD works just fine. Either way doesn't matter for me, I'm happy with my A-100 and don't need HD audio bit streaming I need decoding.
EDIT:
I see VC-1 + TrueHD BluRay's aren't working right. I could probably fix that with Scenarist.
