It's good work by Junior - beautiful corruption; I can't believe it would play!!!
Took me about an hour to unravel the lot.
EDIT: BY the way, strangely enough, I just figured out that you can decrypt the VOB alone (the MicroUDF filesystem is intact even though ISO9660 is non-existent) and use Ifoedit to create beautiful clean IFOs around it  A learning experience, anyway - and Junior was way ahead of his time.
