The last thing is that you'll probably run into difficulties into while trying to acquire those encoders, since they are pretty all in their prototyping stage, and trust me or not, those Vendors don't really like to compare them just yet.
Sure! Even software companies with 264 codec now did not want to be compared. But I think anyway it's resonable to add such companies to the end of this list.
