Yes, ran as Administrator from the BDRB folder, sorry I didn't specify above, post updated...

When it launches, while in the window change to the BD-Rebuilder directory, and run the batch file from there (that is where the BAT file and the OCX file reside).... OR edit the BAT file, specify the path to the OCX file... then save/run it.
Thanks for the tip, edited the .bat file, ran as administrator and success. All good now, thanks guys... ;^)
