I have no idea what you are are trying to say in this post. It has nothing to do with the solution to your problem that setarip_old pointed out. If you follow the instructions in the first post of this thread (step 8) it will solve your problem.
More specifically:
1. Click on the windows/start icon.
2. Select "FFDSHOW" from "All Programs"
3. Select "Video Decoder Configuration"
4. Set the VC-1 decoder (under CODECs) to "wmv9"
