cyberscott and huhn seem to be landing on some good settings
0.40 to 0.45 for strength
0.25 sharpness
anti-aliasing (reducing to 0.20 to 0.25 to compensate a bit)
anti-ringing 0.8 to 0.9 (1.0 overcompensates)
in my case it is mainly 720p upscaled to 1080p
I also prefer to "refine image once" since I won't be doing multiple 2x upscales
