Glad to be of help.
I tried running Remove Useless Stuff for the folder containing the
AVI-to-VOB conversion that I processed with Windows DVD Maker again,
but this time unticked the box that says "Delete all useless Dead
Buttons and BOVs. (Dead button cannot easily be activated by the
user.)" and it worked: the menu buttons were not changed.
I thought you'd want to know.
