edit - but I must admit that I used b-frames as well

In Avisynth 2.07 I've made it with
Unfilter(-5,-5)/FluxSmooth(5,5)/Unfilter(-5,-5)/cpu=0 and B-F (3/150/100)
also too smooth, but no MB visible.
