Yes.... Sigma's high-def capable EM8620L chip-set certainly handles Qpel.
I specifically conducted separate, DivX, XviD and NeroDigital Qpel tests just to make sure.
Not that it should make any difference. Qpel is Qpel. Unlike GMC with its warp-point variations
