If you've only downloaded the zip file of 1.0.5 Build 2, there's a few other programs you need to add/update to get it to work properly:

http://212.88.77.140/DVD2AVI 1.76 Command-Line 1.02.zip
http://212.88.77.140/SSRC-1.28.zip
http://212.88.77.140/SubMux.zip
http://www.vcdimager.org/pub/vcdimag...pre1.win32.zip

The first three is mentioned in the comments of the zipfile, but I had forgot to mention that you need the prerelease of vcdimager/vcdxbuild too. Sorry.
