Yeah morgan, the waiting hours thing is kinda getting a bit nuts. I decided to learn TMPGEnc in the meantime

. (It's encoding right now). When I have the time I'm going to try DVD2SVCD again and see if I can get it working - but the time commitment is really long w/my Cel800.

I changes the bitrates too, trying to get a better encode - then stoped and set them back to default because I didnt want to screw anything up (just changing the max to 2400 to stop bitrate problems that happened in the last attempt). It seemed to ignore the CD sizes completely though.
