EAC3 7.1 can't be decode to 7.1 channels with free soft.
ffmpeg can decode it to 5.1:
ffmpeg -i input.eac3 decoded.w64
and after to individual 6 wavs (maybe ffmpeg can do this directly):
eac3to decoded.w64 output.wavs
