I think he wants to do without re-encoding the video... Just taking the PlayLists together and re-creating an ISO... I'm not sure what tools can do it though (although than the professional tools), doesn't seem like many people are experimenting with the 3D blu-ray format too much (but I could be wrong, it's not something that interests me..)

I did combine the film on this disc into one PlayList, but I converted it to 2D since 3D is something I simply don't care about, but was curious about the seeing the film in the 1.78 aspect ratio. Probably doesn't help much though.
