Maybe you have configured ImgTool.exe instead of mkisofs.exe in the burn setup dialog? Verify that you can see the imgburn version number by clicking on the Check Version button.
That could explain all problems: PgcEdit is unable to find the first VIDEO_TS sector, and ImgTool pops up when you click OK, because it is launched instead of mkisofs.

Thanks for the response. I think you are correct sir. I'm going to try to setup the directory in the burn setup correctly. Wonder if this was the problem with the other people's computers. Tell you in a second.
