Soft bicubic is not a filter in VDub, but a modified setting in Avisynth:
Soft Bicubic -> BicubicResize(x,y,0.333,0.333)
Neutral Bicubic -> BicubicResize(x,y,0.5,0.5)
Sharp Bicubic -> BicubicResize(x,y,0,0.75)
