"Packed bitstream" is only better(?) order of I/P/B frames in videostream.
Conventionally is e.g.
IPBBPBBPI
123456789 (conventional order)
at packed bitstream is
IPPBBPBBI
125348679 (packed bitstream order)
The appropriate B-frames are ordered behind the two "necessary" P-frames.
Positive: You get only one frame delay.
