Create a bitmap (720*480 Ntsc or 576 Pal)with what you want displayed, encode using TMPGENC to m2v, author a vob file using IFOEDIT, and then use MENUEDIT to replace the warning with your created file. All the above programs are free to use, as you are most likely already familar with these tools.
