Sorry guys, was in a rush and meant to say i followed the steps mentioned above

1. Make two M2TS files (one from each BluRay) that included the HD Video, Hd Audio, and Subs I required via ClownBD... using only the first two steps (eac3to and tsMuxer)
2. Join the M2TS files (created in step 1) with the join (eac3to) feature of multiAVCHD... this is where the "audio gap" was corrected.
3. Create a BluRay folder structure of the files created in step 2... via tsMuxer.
4. Create ISO with ImgBurn...

By default it doesn't join the titles together, just creates the files in sequence but when i use BDtoAVCHD it sees 2 titles and not one, even though i've used the join feature in multiavchd and that it.
