I didn't found the DTS sync word in your WAV file.
(FF1F00E8xx07 in .WAV or 7FFE8001 in .DTS)
this is NOT the same format as SureCode DTS.

to Intervideo Audio Decoder and it work fine ? You hear the sound ?
So Intervideo Audio Decoder is able to decode Laserdic DTS format.
