Thanks for responding so quickly,

Ya basically I want to mute some words in the video. Since I do have to re encode it what would be the best way to rip the video and then re encode it with the least amount of quality lost?

what I have been doing is just getting the video in MPEG 2 format from A-1 DVD Ripper and then in Premiere buring it back to a DVD. I am hoping there is a better way.
